Throne of Glass has six extra scenes that never made the standard editions: two from the 2013 Crown of Midnight blog tour, one from the US Throne of Glass paperback, and three from Empire of Storms retailer exclusives (one of them a deleted Heir of Fire scene). They're optional and mostly out of print, so they're marked as bonus. The Assassin's Blade goes where Sarah J. Maas lists it — after Crown of Midnight — but anywhere before Queen of Shadows works. When you reach Empire of Storms, consider the chapter-by-chapter tandem with Tower of Dawn.
