Sarah J. Maas says you can start any of her three series first, but they aren't sealed off: Crescent City crosses into Prythian and leans on A Court of Silver Flames, and it nods to Throne of Glass. Reading everything in publication order guarantees you meet each crossover after the book it depends on. Prefer to binge one series at a time? Read ACOTAR 1–5 and Throne of Glass in either order, then Crescent City — just never Crescent City 2–3 before A Court of Silver Flames. Bonus chapters live in each series' own guide.
